Notification and Escalation

FlowCentric Processware solutions provide both Notification and Escalation functionality. Notifications are designed to push information to people and pull them along predefined business processes. This assists in streamlining business, minimising risks, reducing costs and maximising productivity.

FlowCentric can be set up to Escalate tasks. This means if a task is not completed within a certain period it will be moved up the management chain.
