Your new, automated business process has now been deployed into your production environment, and employees can start using/executing the business process in a consistent, controlled way.  This is not the end of the project.  Once transactional process data starts being captured and stored, the effectiveness, efficiency, cost, and many more parameters can be monitored and analysed.  This analysis data is used to improve the business process, which starts the BPM life-cycle over again.
