Configure and Integrate
Once the Functional Specification document, as specified during the Define step, has been agreed upon and signed by all parties, it is handed over to a FlowCentric Solutions Architect.
During this step the Solutions Architect/s and Developer/s will:
- Configure the business process using the FlowCentric Process Suite
- Create any database structures required
- Fulfil any integration requirements
- Create a look and feel for the client interface/s
- Create any required reports
- Do complete testing of the entire project
- Manage on-site user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Get sign-off on this phase/step before deploying the processes
